Reschedules

Re-scheduling may be done by the client 48 hours in advance. If you wish to re-schedule, please reach out. You are responsible for rescheduling your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your appointment will be 45 minutes rather than the full 60 minutes). If you are late, you will still be charged for the full session.
