Every meaningful business begins with a vision, an idea, a mission, or a body of work someone feels called to bring into the world.

But vision alone doesn’t sustain a company. Behind every thriving organization is a foundation of thoughtful operations: communication, coordination, systems, and the quiet details that keep everything moving.

My work focuses on supporting founders and leadership teams by creating that foundation. I help organize the moving pieces of a business so projects flow more smoothly, teams stay aligned, and leaders have the space to focus on what matters most.

Selected Experience

  • Designed and executed operational workflows and project management systems for three chiefs at Enigma Technologies, improving collaboration across some of the company’s largest teams.

  • Led web strategy and project management for the launch of the Art for Justice Fund website, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Managed operations for the redesign of Sundays for Dogs’ packaging, streamlining workflows and improving cross-team coordination.

  • Oversaw operational logistics and supported large-scale projects for major clients, including designing sofas for the Barclays Center while scaling Torrey LLC.

  • Served on the jury for the Visionary Roze Grant, reviewing over 100 applications from artists worldwide and selecting three recipients whose work bridges creative innovation and social impact.
